This spring kit has been developed to control the valvetrain in the high manifold pressures and temperatures of turbocharged RZR XP900/ 1000.
Our RZR XP900/ 1000 kits have been raced and tested under the most brutal conditions by Dune and Desert Racers from the United States to Dubai.
The KPMI® spring kit includes dual springs designed with attention paid to natural frequencies to avoid cam harmonics, FEA designed lightweight titanium retainers to reduce reciprocating mass, and hardened steel bases to keep the spring where it belongs. This kit is capable of handling high RPM and up to .450 valve lift!
Coupling this kit with KPMI® Black Diamond™ or White Diamond® Valves and Manganese bronze guides has proven to be a race winning combination. Custom One Piece forged Tensilite® Titanium valves are also available.

- The seals included in these kits are intended for use with OEM guides. Please use KPMI® P/N 71016-8 when installing KPMI® guides
- Some early 2013 models came from the OEM with guides that included a seal detail. These guides require the use of KPMI® seal P/N 71015-8
